Weekend.

The weather today was absolutely terrible so I was forced inside seemingly all day. Sometimes I love the relaxed feeling of being curled up inside while the rain falls outside, but the constant tornado siren killed any relaxation there might have been, making this a boring start to an otherwise exciting weekend. As music festival season approaches, I become more and more interested in the typical hippie, wayfarer style that comes along with it. Saturday night I will attend an outdoor concert and I spent entirely too much time searching the internet for outfit ideas. Here are a few festival-ready pieces I wish I had in my closet right now, along with a little description on why I love it.

 Anthropologie.

1. Horn and Plenty Necklace- The uniqueness of the horn on this necklace makes it a surprisingly versatile piece. The neutral beads make it an eclectic addition to any outfit.
2. Cinema Sunhat- To be honest, I rarely ever wear hats. I prefer to take advantage of the sun's natural hair lightening abilities, however, I want this hat right now. The classic colors give it the ability to be dressed up or down.
3. Cuentos Del Mar Tunic- This flowy tunic make is a perfect festival top. The breezy sleeves and sheer fabric make it a perfect transition piece from hot, humid days, to cool nights. The lacy detail adds a sweet touch.
4. Bowtied Batik Shorts- Where to begin. For starts, I will be buying these shorts, tomorrow. Batik and ikat prints are so popular right now, and frankly, I hope they never go away. The color is just and added bonus.
5. Tollan Sandals- I would kill for these. Literally. The beading is beautiful, the color is perfect, and the versatility is limitless.
6. Mercury's Messenger Bag- I think I have an addiction to messenger bags. The ability hands, and arms, free can be so helpful at times. The messenger bag is the handiest bag there is. The buttery leather of this bag makes it beautiful with any outfit.
7. Well-Read Pinhole Camera- Don't forget the camera!
8. Transit Maps Of The World- Or the map!
